Em seguida, dê duas fervuras, por 5 minutos, trocando a água uma vez, e então cozinhe em panela de pressão por 10 a 15 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;• Bata o azuki cozido no liquidificador, com água suficiente para bater. Passe a massa obtida por uma peneira fina e, em seguida, esprema-a bem com um pano para retirar todo o líquido.
